Welcome to Mrs. Chintzy Loves Chintz! My love for design started in my childhood home on Long Island—a 200-year-old traditional house where my mom spent countless hours reimagining the spaces. I watched her choose fabrics, trims, and drapery, and I learned early on that what makes a house special isn’t always just the carpet or the cabinets—it’s the details. Those finishing touches inspired me, and that’s when I knew I wanted to help create homes that feel loved and lived in.
My journey took a few detours—I went to law school, passed the Mississippi bar, and became a mom before stepping into design professionally. In Houston, I worked for interior designers and had the chance to bring that childhood lesson full circle: it’s always the details that make a space sing.
Now, as we transition to Nashville, I’m easing into this new chapter but continuing to share what I love most. These days, that looks like offering “finishing touches” services to help others create homes that feel just right. You can explore more on my Service Page.
